Social Media

As a teenage girl who obviously is very active on social media, I have formed strong opinions on the issues surrounding the use of social media and the effects that it has on young people. Most of the criticisms out there are from parents and the older generation who are quick to blame social media for a lot of today’s problems, but I think that it is becoming more important that us young people have a voice. Everybody has a opinion on social media and this is mine.

Current affairs and Popular Culture

I am passionate about history, politics, current affairs and the media in general. Pop culture is continually evolving and I like to be at the forefront of the discussion, whether it is film, books, music or Donald Trump’s latest tantrum.

My interests in music and film may be a little niche (think David Lynch and The Raveonettes) so who knows what might appear in this section but I can promise it will be an honest and measured opinion. P.S there might be some Lana del Rey…
